A warm, sunny day with temps in the mid to upper 80's. A cold front moves in tonight, maybe some rain, and then cooler tomorrow, with temps in the upper 70's.

The man charged with killing a former firefighter in Jacksonville Beach in February pleads not guilty. 30 year-old Charles Pearce is charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of 42-year-old Mike McCue. Pearce is being held in jail without bail.
Governor Scott has the chance to sign a bill that would prohibit requiring Floridians to buy health insurance. The move sets up a legal showdown with the federal government, since the bill is in direct conflist with the new federal law.
Life without parole -- that's the sentence handed down to a 20-year-old Jacksonville man who raped a 14-year-old girl in 2009. Nehemiah Robinson broke into the home and raped the girl with a sex toy and beat her 11-year-old brother. Police say the house was randomly targeted.
People across Alabama are trying to come to grips with the devestation left behind by last week's tornadoes. FEMA has already set up an office in Alabama to help resident apply for aid.
