Another frigid morning across the First Coast, with temps in the low 20's just about everywhere. It's not going to get too warm this afternoon, temps in the upper 50's with sunshine. By tomorrow we're back to normal temps in the upper 60's. And we have mid-70's returning by the end of the week with scattered showers.

Our Top National Story: More spending and new taxes are the big headlines of the President's budget proposal that's being released today. The budget seeks to achieve $4 trillion in deficit reduction over the next decade through cuts in government spending and higher taxes on the rich. Tens of thousands of people take to the streets of Athens, Greece to protest the drastic austerity plan just approved by the government. The country will see a 171 billion dollar bailout in exchange for a cut in the minimum wage, and the elimination of thousands of goverment jobs. At least 45 businesses were damaged by fire, and dozens of protesters are hospitalized.
The music industry pays tribute to Whitney Houston at the Grammy's, a day after the 48 year-old was found dead in the bathtub of her hotel room. The chief deputy coroner says it could be several weeks before we know what led to her death. Houston's 18 year-old daughter had to be hospitalized for stress and anxiety. She was released last night.
You Decide 2012: 13 states will vote over the next three weeks. The next debate is next Wednesday in Mesa, Arizona. Mitt Romney won the Maine caucuses, followed by Ron Paul. Romney also won the CPAC straw poll, finishing just ahead of Rick Santorum.
You probably have a special name for them, the people who swerve in and out of traffic, ride too close to your bumper. State cops are promising a new crackdown on aggressive drivers. They're putting more resources on the highways later this month to target and pull over aggressive drivers who are often responsible for causing crashes.
A man is dead after a police involved shooting at a Southside nightclub early Sunday. Police say 24-year-old Nicholas Underwood was gunned down by an off-duty officer after they say he refused to drop his .22 caliber revolver at Aqua Nightclub on Beach Blvd. A 12 year veteran officer fired five times. No one else was hurt and the officer is in paid administrative leave.
The search continues for three men involved in Friday's shooting at the Regency Square Mall. A mall employee was shot and taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Police don't believe she was the intended target.
Using cats for target practice. People in Mayport tell our news partner Channel 4 someone is shooting at cats, for no reason. Some of the cats have been killed, others are injured.
Firing up the fans. The Jaguars are re-launching Team Teal tonight at Everbank Field. New head coach Mike Mularkey is joining Tony Boselli at the rally. Gates open at 5pm, the rally starts at 6:30. When it was first launched two years ago, Team Teal helped the Jaguars sell more than 17,000 new season tickets.
