Our Top Local Story:  We're tracking big rain for your drive back to work.  Accuweather Meteorologist Heather Zehr says rain could be heavy at times late this morning and into the early afternoon.  You'll have to deal with heavy fog tomorrow morning.  By Wednesday we're going to be back in the 80's.

For the first time in its history the Daytona 500 is postponed by rain.  The race is now set for Noon today, but rain could once again delay the start of the race.  Tomorrow looks dry.

Our Top National Story:  Barnstorming Michigan...Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney are trying to grab momentum and what's shaping up to be a big prize in You Decide 2012.  Jamie Dupree spent Sunday chasing both frontrunners across Michigan, and reports Romney has a slight edge in the polls ahead of tomorrow's primary.  Arizona is also voting Tuesday. 

Regardless of the outcome in Michigan and Arizona tomorrow, Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum appear headed for a showdown next week in Ohio.  Both are planning appearances this week, and their campaigns are spending heavy levels of money on advertising. Ohio is one of 10 states that vote on Super Tuesday.  419 delegates are at stake.  1,144 are needed to secure the nomination.

From the WOKV Money Watch:  We're paying more to fill up again.  The average in Jacksonville is just under $3.70 a gallon.

The latest survey of economists from the National Association for Business Economics suggests increasing optimism. The survey says forecasters have raised their expectations for employment, new home construction and business spending.

No silent film has won a best picture Oscar in more than 80 years -- until now.  "The Artist'' won five Academy Awards yesterday including best picture. Top acting honors went to Jean Dujardin and Meryl Streep. Octavia Spencer and Christopher Plummer won for supporting roles.

Allegations of a serial child molester in central Florida.   We received word early today from Marion County  Sheriff's Detectives that five new victims have come forward, accusing George Fout of molesting them.  Fout was arrested last week for allegedly molesting a boy he met through Boy Scouts.  And police say there may be more victims out there, so they're setting up a task force to investigate.

A sexting scandal costs a Miami Beach state representative his seat.  Richard Steinberg quit the House after an investigation revealed that he sent unwanted inappropriate texts to an Assistant U.S. Attorney.  The 39-year-old Democrat was first elected to the House in 2008.

A man is in the hospital after being shot outside a Southside strip club.  A security guard for Passions Showbar on Beach Boulevard says four men were arguing inside the club.  One man left and returned with a gun and fired two shots before speeding off in a car.

A man sorting through trash behind the Argyle Forest Winn Dixie was killed Saturday night after he was struck by a car.  Police say the driver of a red chevy camaro lost control while leaving his shift at a McDonalds and was seen driving behind the supermarket.  The driver swerved to avoid a Winn Dixie employee taking out trash, sideswiped a car, and then crashed into a dumpster.  No word yet on whether the driver will face charges.

Duval County Public Schools is beginning a search for a new superintendent after Ed Pratt-Dannals announced his retirement.  Pratt-Dannals, who has been the superintendent since 2007, said in a statement "I have never worked with a more dedicated and committed team of professionals.  The decision was announced the same day the Times-Union reported the district had $100 million in its reserve coffers at the same time it was slashing programs and positions.

The future of the Mayport Ferry will be considered today. The Jacksonville Port Authority meets today at 9am and plans to discuss the future of the ferry service that JPA took over a few years ago.  The St. Johns river Ferry Task Force is planning to be at the meeting to make its case for keeping the ferry running.
