Dense fog this morning but we'll turn sunny and warm this afternoon. Temps are in the mid-70's for most of this week and it looks like we're dry until Friday.

The average of all polls in Florida shows Mitt Romney with a sizeable lead, before South Carolina. A poll just done yesterday puts Gingrich 9 points ahead of Romney.

Taxpayers are spending tens of thousands of dollars a month to run the Supervisor of Elections Office at the Gateway Mall. Supervisor Jerry Holland says the place has faulty AC, multiple ADA compliance issues, a broken escalator, not to mention the mall owner reportedly owes $900,000 in back property taxes. He says moving downtown would save between 300 and 600-thousand dollars a year.

Thousands of Penn State students hold a solemn vigil to honor legendary football coach Joe Paterno. He died Sunday of lung cancer. Penn state officials say they're working on plans to commemorate his life and career.

Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords says she's resigning to focus on her continued recovery from a bullet to the head a year ago. Today, Giffords plans to meet with constituents in Tucson, to finish the meet-and-greet political event that was cut short when a gunman opened fire, killing six people and injuring Giffords and 12 others.

President Obama is able to grab some of the spotlight away from the Republican candidates when he delivers his state of the union address tomorrow. We'll carry it live on WOKV at 9pm. He's not been able to achieve some earlier state goals--like reforming immigration and holding annual meetings with both party's leaders.

Taking his message to social media circles, President Obama is headlining a video chat room next Monday known as a "hangout" on Google Plus. The chat caps a week of social media engagement the White House is planning around the state of the union speech tomorrow.

A deadly shooting at a Northside party. As many as 150 people were at the party when the shooting occurred. Another was beaten and is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

80 years in prison for the Jacksonville soldier who killed his wife and infant daughter in Alaska nearly two years ago. Army Specialist Kip Lynch was given the sentence late last week for the murders. Lynch's wife's family says overall, it's happy with the sentence.

Police in St. Augustine are investigating the death of a man whose body was found by Kayakers in Salt Run over the weekend. The body had reportedly been in the water for at least 24 hours before it was recovered.

A fiery crash in Ponte Vedra Beach kills two people. Investigators say alcohol was a factor in the crash on A1A near Broken Pottery Drive. The driver and front passenger were trapped inside the burning car and died at the scene. The two backseat passengers were able to get out.

Severe storms rake across Arkansas. There are no reports of injuries. Severe storms also brought hail and strong winds through Tennessee, Illinois and Mississippi.

An infant dies at a Hogan's Creek apartment complex. The two-month-old was found unresponsive early Saturday morning. No cause of death has been determined yet.

Marking the anniversary of Roe v Wade. Abortion opponents are planning a march in Washington. House Speaker John Boehner is scheduled to address the crowd at today's "March for Life.''

The Patriots and Giants are going at it again at the Super Bowl -- this time in Indianapolis. Four years ago, the Giants stunned the previously undefeated Patriots in Arizona.
