Today's interview lineup:
At 6:53 hear Jamie Dupree explain why he didn't see evidence of a Santorum surge that ended with his southern sweep.
At 7:23 hear Fox's Alastair Wanklin explain why our military showed video of the Army soldier killing Afghan civilians.
At 8:23 hear Jamie Dupree lay out Mitt Romney's strategy for regaining momentum.
Our Top National Story: Santorum's surprise sweep of the south. The wins in Mississippi and Alabama were a blow to Newt Gingrich, who was banking on both states to regain momentum. Gingrich says he's all in going forward. Mitt Romney wins the caucuses in Hawaii. Romney finished third in the southern primaries.
We hear of video showing the U.S. soldier killing 16 Afghan civilians. An Afghan official claims he saw the video and the villagers are surrendering. The Penatgon is investigating whether alcohol was involved in Sunday's shootings have prompted outrage across Afghanistan. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta is in Afghanistan today to meet with troops, commanders and Afghan government officials.
Our Top Local Story: Condemned. A southside hotel that many people used for extended housing is shut down following a meth lab bust. People who lived there can't get back inside for their stuff. Police say it could take weeks to clear the place out and it will only reopen if it passes air quality checks.
We've learned of security changes at Jacksonville City Hall following a link to the Episcopal murder suicide.
The killer, Shane Schumerth, was a regular at city council meetings. He was with the Concerned Taxpayers of Duval County. Council President Stephen Joost says that some people have, on occasion, slipped through a locked side door into the council chambers, something they're going to watch more closely. There is no evidence Schumerth had done it. Joost says they're promising to be better about security, requiring everyone go through the metal detectors at the front door.

A Family Dollar manager is charged with sexual battery after allegedly forcing himself onto a woman who urinated in his store. Police say Guy Cine refused to let the woman use the restroom and she told him she could not hold it in any longer and relieved herself on the floor. It happened at the Family Dollar on Atlantic near Southside. They say Cine took the woman into his office and told her he would not call police if she performed sex acts on her.
New victims in that bizarre illegal rear-end injection case in south Florida.
