Dense fog is blanketing the area this morning--prepare a few extra minutes for your drive in.  Heather Zehr says the fog will begin to burn off by 8am and cleared out by 10am.  It's sunny and dry again with temps in the low 80's.  Prepare for another foggy morning tomorrow.  We're tracking rain for the weekend--Saturday is the best chance--40%.

Finding fact through the rumors in the Trayvon Martin killing.  We know the State Attorney Angela Corey's team is still investigating whether George Zimmerman will be charged with a crime or cleared of wrongdoing.  Martin's parents were in Washington yesterday at a Congressional hearing on hate crimes and racial profiling. 

Friends and family of George Zimmerman are trying to defend him against public backlash.  Zimmerman told police he was attacked by Martin and he fired in self defense.

Fox News host Geraldo Rivera says he's sorry for suggesting a hoodie worn by Trayvon Martin was as much responsible for his death as the man who shot him.  Geraldo's son convinced him he was wrong--saying he was ashamed of his dad.

We'll be following a morning court appearance by the mother of Jacksonville's youngest murder suspect, Cristian Fernandez.  We were alerted last night by the State Attorney that Biannela Susana's court hearing on aggravated manslaughter charges was moved to this morning at 9.  They're not saying why it was moved up a week.  We'll update you during Neal and Rush.  Her 2 year-old son David was beaten to death last year.  Prosecutors have charged 13 year-old Cristian with murder.

An 8 year-old who witnessed the shooting death of her dad will have to relive the nightmare in court.  We've been told by the State Attorney that 30 year-old Brad Lippincott was just charged with manslaughter.  Cops arrested him following the shooting two weeks ago at  103rd Street and Jammes Road.

This week's house fire at a riverside home in Beauclerc may have been set intentionally.  The house had been burglarized earlier this month.

NAS Jax is rolling out a shiny new toy this morning.  Dignitaries are on hand this morning for the unveiling of the new P-8A Poseidon Multi-Mission Aircraft, a vessel designed to be used for anti-submarine warfare.  We'll be at this morning's dedication--check back later today for photos, video, and more when they pull the tarp off. 

Streamlining the process of revitalizing downtown Jacksonville.  Mayor Brown just unveiled a plan to transform JEDC into the Downtown Investment Authority, which will have a nine-person board appointed by the mayor and approved by the city council.

Our Top National Story:  The Supreme Court wraps up a historic three days of arguments on ObamaCare.  Today they'll look at whether it can survive without the requirement that everyone purchase health insurance. Justices also will spend part of today considering a challenge by 26 states to the expansion of the Medicaid program for low-income Americans.

A harrowing experience for passengers aboard a Jet Blue flight from New York to Las Vegas where the pilot had to be restrained.  Pilot Clayton Osborn was subdued as the plane made an emergency landing in Texas.  He's been checked out at a medical facility. 

Updating You Decide 2012:  Newt Gingrich is asking his campaign manager to resign, getting rid of a third of his staff, cutting back on his campaign schedule and making more use of Twitter and Facebook. Gingrich is is trying to reorganize his campaign, which the Federal Election Commission says had more than $1.5 million in outstanding debt at the end of February.

Jane Fonda playing Nancy Reagan?  The reports have you fired up on Facebook this morning. Fonda is reportedly going to play Mrs. Reagan in an upcoming movie about a longtime White House butler.

Fidel Castro meets with Pope Benedict later today. The former Cuban leader made the much-awaited announcement at the end of a short opinion piece posted on the government's website that said he would "happily greet'' the pope.
