Noticeably less humid today with sunny skies and breezy conditions.  We'll have temps in the mid-80's.  The refreshing air will be around most of this week.  Our next chance of rain is Wednesday.

Today's interview lineup:

At 6:53 hear Jamie Dupree on the millions that both the Obama and Romney campaigns raised in August.

At 8:23 hear Jamie Dupree explain why it's appearing more likely that Mitt Romney will have to win Florida to win the White House.

Our Top Local Story:  Up again, but maybe not for long.  The national average gas price is up to $3.84 a gallon.  But the price is expected to start coming down again as refineries shut down by Hurricane Isaac come back online.  The Jacksonville average for a gallon of unleaded is $3.75 a gallon.

Blaine Gabbert clearly took a step forward but the Jaguars still lost to the Vikings in overtime, 26-23.  Gabbert led a late touchdown drive to put the Jags ahead but Minnesota was able to drive for a last minute field goal, putting the game into OT.

If you're looking to apply for jobs and you've got a resume, Work Source is hosting an online job fair all week.  In a virtual job fair your resume does all the talking.  As of Friday they had 60 employers with hundreds of jobs available.

The state fire marshal is investigating what caused a huge house fire in Middleburg.  The fire started before sunrise Sunday at the home on Pinto Road.  No occupants were hurt but several large exotic birds were killed.  Firefighters were able to rescue two cats from the home. It caused more than $200,000 in damage.

A Georgia man is arrested for allegedly killing his three-month-old son.  Police say 22-year-old Willie Stroud beat the little boy to death inside their Glynn County home days earlier.  Stroud is also charged with child molestation because he got the baby's mother pregnant when she was just 15 years old.

An emotional goodbye for friends and family of 17-year-old JaNay Jackson.  She was killed nearly two weeks ago after a minivan plowed into her bedroom as she was sleeping.  Saturday evening, an overflow crowd stuffed into the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home to pay their last respects.

Our Top National Story:  A swing through the swing state of Florida for the Obama campaign.  Former Republican Governor Charlie Crist introduced Obama in Pinellas County.  The campaign trail also took President Obama to Melbourne and West Palm Beach.  The Obama campaign will have President Bill Clinton in Miami on Tuesday and Orlando on Wednesday.

It's not every day you see someone giving the President a big bear hug.  During a stop in Florida Sunday, Obama was picked up off his feet by the owner of a pizza shop.  Scott Van Duzer, who is a Republican, says he was overwhelmed when he saw the President.  He says Obama has his vote in November.

A Jupiter police officer is killed while working President Obama's motorcade.  Bruce St. Laurent was a 20-year veteran of the Jupiter Police Department.  The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says St. Laurent was hit by a pickup truck on an entrance ramp to I-95.

Fresh off a five-week vacation, lawmakers return to Washington today for a brief pre-election session in which Congress will do what it often does best: punt its problems to the future.  There's a slew of deadlines and the prospect of a fiscal cliff in January.

For the first time in 25 years, Chicago teachers are going on strike after the teachers union and the school district couldn't agree on a contract.  But school officials say they'll still open more than 140 schools today so that kids in the free breakfast and lunch program can eat.
