Good morning. It's Thursday, January 24th, 2013.  If you missed Jamie Dupree's coverage of Hillary Clinton's testimony on Benghazi, listen back here.  At 8:23 we heard Jamie Dupree describe what may be included in the first real assault weapons bill being introduced today in the Senate. 

The Big Three Stories on Jacksonville's Morning News:

1.) Paying for the pay raise. We find Governor Scott's proposal to give all Florida teachers a $2,500 pay raise will cost nearly half a billion dollars. He's expected to pay for it through a projected budget surplus. Scott outlines his education budget proposal during Sean Hannity today.
