The Big Three Stories on Jacksonville's Morning News:
1.) Paying for the pay raise. We find Governor Scott's proposal to give all Florida teachers a $2,500 pay raise will cost nearly half a billion dollars. He's expected to pay for it through a projected budget surplus. Scott outlines his education budget proposal during Sean Hannity today.
Many teachers welcome the news. Florida Education Association President Andy Ford called Scott
