1.) Back to business and the agenda. The President has a revised and slimmed down to-do list after the grinding budget and debt limit fight. He's pushing Congress to approve immigration reform, farm legislation, and a long-term budget.
2.) A very warm start to the weekend. Mike Buresh says temps today are in the upper 80's and it's sunny and humid. We'll see showers increase for Saturday afternoon and linger into Sunday morning. It looks like most of the Jaguars game should be dry. We're also tracking the potential for some significant rain to start next week.
3.) Hoping to ease the huge delays on gameday, the Hart Bridge will be reversed Sunday, meaning all lanes will head toward EverBank before the game. While repairs to the Mathews Bridge continues, we hear Jacksonville's General Counsel working to recoup traffic management and safety costs. Cindy Laquidara says she's confident the city will get money back from the insurance companies, but it's too early to say how much that will be.
