Two men and a dog are OK after their boat caught fire and became disabled on the Intracoastal Waterway this morning.
The Coast Guard tells us the men were on board the 33-foot sport fisher Day Tripper when it caught fire around 8am Thursday.
We're told the fire was put out within minutes and there were no injuries.
But the boat became disabled as a result and drifted toward the McCormick Bridge, grounding south of the bridge and west of channel.
Also assisting in the response were Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Sea Tow Jacksonville.
