Duval County Supervisor of Elections breaks down your options, if you haven't sent in your mail-in ballot

Jacksonville, FL — If you requested a mail-in ballot, but then never mailed it in, you can still make your vote count on Election Day.

Duval County Supervisor of Elections Mike Hogan says whether you just didn't mail it in or didn't even receive one for whatever reason, you can go vote in your assigned precinct.

He says they're able to verify whether you've already mailed one in.

"Our system knows whether or not you sent that ballot in and it's been processed. So, if you've got a ballot and you haven't sent it in, you can go to your precinct and vote," explains Hogan.

If you have the mail-in ballot filled out and just want to drop that off, that's an option too.

However, Hogan says in this case, you can only drop off the filled-in ballot at their downtown office, located at 105 East Monroe Street. That must be done by 7 PM on November 6th, 2018.
