JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a wanted man for attempted armed robbery in the St. Johns Town Center.
JSO said on Tuesday, May 4, the suspect entered a store in the St. Johns Town Center area, walked around as if he was going to purchase something, then went up to the cashier, pulled a gun from his backpack and demanded money.
The employee refused to give the suspect any money and the suspect then ran away from the store, JSO said.
JSO is investigating the incident and asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man pictured below.
