On Tuesday the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced in a live press conference that Mark Arthur Johnson, 25, has been arrested and charged with murder.

ORIGINAL STORY | An argument between two men turned deadly Monday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Officers responded to the News King Food Mart on New Kings Road just after 7 p.m. regarding the incident. JSO said during the argument, one man pulled out a gun and shot the other before leaving the area.
JSO and medical personnel found the man dead lying in the parking lot.
Police were able to find the man believed to be involved in the incident and has been taken to the sheriff’s office for an interview.
“Homicide detectives, along with members from the Crime Scene Unit and our partners from the State Attorney’s Office are all on scene conducting their initial investigation.
