A former St. Augustine Cuban cigar factory is set to become a boutique hotel. The former Solla-Carcaba Cigar factory will become a hotel on Riberia Street and Sebastian Harbor Drive. We're told from the hotel's owner that the 50-room hotel is expected to create 200 jobs from start to opening. Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2021 and should be completed by late 2022.
