JAXPORT hosting COVID-19 vaccination mobile clinic on Friday

Jacksonville, FL — JAXPORT will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination mobile clinic on Friday, April 16th, thanks to a partnership with JAX Chamber and the non-profit health center Agape Family Health.

“From ensuring the uninterrupted flow of everyday goods—including food and medical supplies—to keeping Northeast Florida’s economic engine running, port workers play a critically important role in our community. We are grateful to our partners at JAX Chamber and Agape for providing these vaccines to help safeguard our maritime community,” said JAXPORT CEO Eric Green in a statement.

This clinic will be held at the JAXPORT Access Control Center at the following address:

9620 Dave Rawls Blvd.

Jacksonville, FL 32226

The clinic will be open from 9 AM- 5:45 PM on Friday and is open to port workers as well as the public.

Appointments are not necessary, but you are asked to bring a driver’s license or state-issued ID.

This clinic will be administering the Moderna vaccine, with follow-up doses in four weeks.
