Jacksonville, FL — Three people are hurt after two separate shootings in Jacksonville according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The first shooting happened at 7:12 pm on Fort Caroline Road. JSO says a teen shot was shot. Police are trying to figure out what led up to the shooting and say its too early in the investigation to determine if the shooting was accidental.
JSO says the victim is in his late teens. Police say he was taken to the hospital in stable condition. At last check, one person was being interviewed by police.
The second shooting happened at 7:13 pm in the Longbranch neighborhood. According to Jacksonville Police, two people are recovering after getting shot in what they say was a drive-by shooting. The two victims have non-life-threatening injuries.
Police could not offer a description of the actual shooter but did say they have a vehicle of interest which is a white four-door compact sedan.
