Jacksonville Police say they’re looking for a possible kidnapping victim last seen near Regency. Police say the potential victim, Elizabeth Miller, was seen screaming and struggling with a black man early Tuesday morning on Caravan Circle near Southside Boulevard and Atlantic. JSO tells us witnesses say it appeared she was forced into a small white car before they drove away. JSO says Miller is a black 22-year-old woman.
Police say they’re looking for 27-year-old Josh’uan Stripling since he could have information that could help find Miller.
