More of this, please! Pretty winter weather continues through Saturday

Seasonal temperatures in the mid to upper 60s each afternoon.

Jacksonville, Fl — We are enjoying a streak of multiple dry, pretty winter days in NE Florida. Temperatures in the mornings are cool but not terribly cold. Afternoon temperatures today will climb into the mid-60s.

Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says water temperatures are still in the mid-60s, which will help keep the beaches mild in the overnights.

Temperatures on Friday and Saturday will be in the mid and upper 60s with plenty of sunshine. But there are signs of changes ahead.

A Sunday storm system will bring clouds and showers with a rumble of thunder. Temperatures will be in the mid-60s ahead of cold front, then turning cooler late in the day.

Colder air fills in behind the front, as Monday/MLK Holiday breezy and chilly with temperatures in the upper 50s. Morning lows on Tuesday will crash into the 30s. Temperatures will stay only in the 50s.
