Jacksonville, FL — Publix is under contract to purchase the lease for five Lucky’s Market locations, including the one at 580 Atlantic Boulevard in Neptune Beach, according to Maria Brous, the director of communications at Publix Super Markets.
The other locations are in Clermont, Naples, Orlando and Ormond Beach.
Publix is currently in the due diligence process.
