ORIGINAL STORY: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking for your help finding a missing 85-year-old man.
Police say Bill Clyburn was last seen walking away from his residential facility at around 7:00 AM Tuesday morning on Soutel Drive near 8th Avenue on Jacksonville's Northside.
Clyburn is described as having hazel eyes, gray hair, 5'10'' tall, and weighing about 180 pounds. Police say he was last seen wearing a gray collared shirt with stripes, blue jeans, and a black hat.
Police say he's been diagnosed with dementia and becomes disoriented at times. We're told that he also uses a walker to get around.
