Jacksonville, Fl — This morning’s fog is thick in many areas but will eventually dissipate and we’ll have another very warm, sunny afternoon. Temperatures will rise to near the 1990 record of 84 degrees.
Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh is tracking significant changes for the end of the week as a cold front moves through. Clouds will thicken tonight as showers approach along and even behind a cold front.

The front will pass early Friday morning. Showers will be here for the morning commute. Showers linger into the early to mid afternoon before we dry out. Temperatures tomorrow will be in the upper 60s early before falling. It turns breezy, too.
Onshore winds will pick up Friday night and stay through the weekend as local nor’easter conditions setup. This weekend will be cool and breezy with a coastal shower possible.
Back to work and school next week is looking more seasonal with sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 60s. By Wednesday we’ll warm to the upper 70s again.
