Jacksonville, Fl — It’s still breezy, especially at the beaches, but temperatures will gradually warm as the week ends.
Today’s highs will be in the 60s along the coast thanks to onshore winds. Today will be partly sunny and breezy as onshore winds continue today. Highs will only reach the upper 60s this afternoon. An isolated shower is possible today and possible into the weekend as well. However, there will be many dry spots.
Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says the weekend will see highs in the mid to upper 70s. And an early preview of Thanksgiving week is looking close to average with temperatures in the 70s.

TROPICS: We are tracking a broad area of low pressure over the Southwestern Caribbean. This could bring heavy rain to Nicaragua over the next few days. Flooding concerns for already hard hit areas. However, there will be no local impacts. A non-tropical area of low pressure may form in the Southwestern Atlantic early next week. This low could take-on some subtropical characteristics next week. There will be no local impacts.
Looking ahead to Thanksgiving Day -- we will be updating the timing of a cold front that will be nearby. If it is slower... we may see a few showers -- faster -- dry. #FirstAlertWX pic.twitter.com/xwGLwDK5zu
