Jacksonville, FL — Today will be another hot and humid day with afternoon temps expected near or above 97 degrees. Tuesday was the 20th day at or above 97 at Jacksonville International Airport, the second most on record behind 1998. That’s five-time the average number of days at/above 97.
Feels-like temps will once again be 105+ inland, and 100-103 at the coast. There will be scattered afternoon inland thunderstorms today, and a gradual increase in rain and storm coverage through the end of the week.
Friday’s Rolling Stones concert at TIAA Bank Field will be hot and humid, but storms should be inland by the evening.
