Jacksonville, Fl — Our cool stretch of weather continues, but we’ll have a little more sunshine today, boosting our temperatures into the 70s.
”We’ll be below average but when you’re below average in the middle of May, that’s a gift folks. It’s nice. You’ll be able to open up the windows at times, especially tonight. We’ll drop back down into the 50s”, said Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh.

There will be a stiff onshore wind making it brisk at the beaches, and some hit and miss isolated showers are also possible.
This weekend will be mostly sunny and breezy. Highs will reach the upper 70s at the coast and lower 80s inland during the afternoons.
We start off next week in the lower 80s under mostly sunny skies.
