Jacksonville, FL — THE PLAYERS is underway with a Tuesday practice round that could feel brisk after a cold front brought rain to the area on Monday evening. If you’re planning to attend the Military Appreciation Ceremony and Jon Pardi concert at hole 17 you may want a jacket or sweatshirt.
Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says a cold front ushered in cooler temperatures for today and Wednesday, with temps at the beaches only in the 60’s today with gusty winds at times. As THE PLAYERS begins on Thursday it’s going to feel warmer with temps in the upper 70’s to low 80’s.
The weekend will be cooler and breezy, which could bring challenging winds at the famed island green.
