Jacksonville, Fl — We now have Tropical Storm Elsa, moving over the central Atlantic. Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says it WON’T impact our weekend.
But he recommends carefully monitoring forecast updates throughout the long holiday break.
“Could be Haiti that gets in the way or Cuba. And if that’s the case, that would help the U.S. I mean, that’s kind of selfish right? We don’t want other countries to be hit but it may end up sparing the United States a more significant hit. Still very early in on this one”, said Buresh.
