Jacksonville, Fl — As the first day of in-person early voting begins in NE Florida, Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Kamala Harris will campaign in Jacksonville.
The Joe Biden campaign announced Saturday that Harris will travel to Orlando and Jacksonville for the first day of in-person early voting in Florida.
INDEPTH: Early voting to begin Monday
Duval County has not gone to a Democratic Presidential candidate since 1976, and it is widely considered as crucial to winning the state of Florida.
By 1 pm Saturday, turnout was already over 11% with vote-by-mail ballots returned. Democrats are outpacing Republicans by just under 20,000 votes.
