Warm week of weather continues

Jacksonville, Fl — Our warm week of weather continues with temperatures climbing into the mid-80s, above average. Temperatures will gradually climb to near 90 on Saturday, which may be our last 90 degree day of the year according to Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh.

Onshore winds will keep it cooler at the beaches and introduce an isolated shower at times but overall we’ll be dry.

A front that arrives Saturday night will lower humidity and temperatures. It will be significantly cooler by Sunday. Some neighborhoods may not get out of the 70s.

TROPICS: A tropical wave is near the Southeast Bahamas this morning. We are not forecasting any development with this area in the tropics.
