Clay County — The community paramedicine team with Clay County Fire Rescue is offering help on Monday for people battling opioid addiction.
The “Save a Life for the Holidays” event is part of the ongoing push to prevent opioid-related overdose deaths, according to Clay County.
The event runs Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Winn-Dixie at 2720 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg.
People who qualify can get Narcan. The Clay Behavioral Health Center and the Florida Department of Health-Clay County will both be on hand to offer services.
