The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office took down two drug houses and arrested three individuals from Fernandina Beach and Jacksonville earlier this week.
The NCSO special response team and the Fernandina Beach Police Department obtained a search warrant for a home at 619 South 10th Street on April 6. Inside they found marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and various drug paraphernalia totaling $1,090 along with digital scales.
Two individuals were arrested for drug possession and other drug-related charges during the raid: 41-year-old Gus Antonio Holcey and 25-year-old Darien Jovon Owens.
The next day, NCSO narcotics drug task force served a search warrant in Jacksonville and found marijuana, cocaine, oxycodone, heroin, THC cartridges, firearms and magazines along with numerous drug paraphernalia totaling $8,019.
An individual was arrested during the raid for armed possession of illegal drugs, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
