The teen was last seen on foot leaving a home on Spinnaker Court in Middleburg around 6 pm Sunday. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a chicken on the back and brown and blue striped shorts.
Deputies are asking anyone with information on Charles Rowe’s whereabouts to call the non-emergency number at (904) 264 6512.
