Renewing your concealed weapon license just got a little more convenient in Florida.
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service has announced renewals can now be done online. You will still be mailed a renewal notice and will need that in order to move forward with the renewal.
This is in addition to the traditional mail-in or in person options. You can stop by 41 Tax Collectors Offices across the state or visit one of the Department’s eight regional offices, which includes a location in Jacksonville.
The Department says more than 204,000 licenses will expire during 2017, of more than 1.6 million active Florida concealed weapon licenses.
