It was a close one in Duval County, as a recount shows Judge Mark Hulsey has been reelected in the 4th Circuit, beating out his challenger Gerald Wilkerson.
The close win comes as Hulsey continues to face allegations that he made racist and sexist remarks toward staff and made them do errands, which weren't work related.
