JSO investigating suspicious incident on Atlantic Boulevard

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspicious incident that happened after 7:00 p.m. in the 8400 block of Atlantic Boulevard.

According to witnesses, a woman in her mid-twenties went in to a business seeking help. She appeared to have facial injuries and was very frantic.

The woman pointed at a red mini-van and said, “that is him” before fleeing the business. Before witnesses could speak to the man who was driving the red mini-van, he exited the parking lot, heading the same way the woman had fled.
