Female suspect sought following Westside bank robbery

Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking for any information about a bank robbery that happened Monday afternoon, just before 5:00 pm.

According to JSO, the suspect walked into the Alive Credit Union on Lenox Avenue and handed over a note demanding money. Once getting the money, police say she was last seen fleeing on foot.

She's described as a black woman with short hair, approximately 40 to 50-years-old, and weighing between 160 to 170 pounds.
