JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The First Alert Weather Team says there will be big fluctuations in temperature and a variety of weather conditions this week and into the weekend.
A few brief but heavy showers will spread through Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties but will move offshore before sunset.

Overnight lows will be in the upper 50s to low 60s with more fog moving in.
Wednesday will be warm with record/near record highs in the mid 80s.
Our next cold front arrives by Thursday night with a band of showers and possibly a few thunderstorms late Thursday into Thursday evening.

Much cooler air behind the front Friday with highs only in the 60s.
Yet another warm-up Saturday with highs returning to 80+.
And another cold front Sunday brings afternoon showers and a few thunderstorms. There will be some much chillier air behind this front for early next week.
