The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is turning to the community for help with finding a missing toddler.
Police say 1-year-old Ryan William Lebel was last seen with 30-year-old Andria Fischer around 10:30 pm. JSO did not say where in Jacksonville they were last seen, but they could be anywhere.
Fischer is believed to be driving a 2011 black Kia Sorrento with Florida tag “JTG-X12.”
