Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says just before 8:30 pm Thursday, officers arrived near the intersection of East 8th Street and Liberty Street, when they found one man shot in the ankle, and another man shot in the back.
Both victims were taken to the hospital. At this time, the extent of their injuries is unknown.
JSO says witnesses did see a vehicle leaving the area, but police could not yet provide details on the vehicle or possible suspect.
