Police say a local man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter after a deadly beating.
Investigators say Curtis Jackson and Terrance Jackson got into a fist fight over drugs at the Shell gas station on North Main Street on August 3rd. Police say the blows were so powerful the victim, Curtis Jackson, was taken to the hospital following the fight. He died just four days later.
Terrance Jackson, 36, has been charged with manslaughter.
