Man arrested for vandalizing home where Clay detective was killed

The Clay County Sheriff's Office arrested the man they believe painted swasticas and Aryan Brotherhood graffiti on the home where a local detective was shot and killed.

Anthony Casanova, 44, turned himself in when he learned about the warrant for his arrest.  He now faces vandalism charges for the hate message on the boarded-up home on Alligator Boulevard.

Deputies were first tipped off about the crime when someone reported a suspicious person at the vacant home behind the vandalized one.

Casanova was released from the Clay County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Clay Detective David White was shot and killed there during a drug raid in February 2012.
