Marissa Alexander's attorney considering another try at Stand Your Ground

A Florida appeals court is ordering a new trial for a woman sentenced to 20 years to prison after she fired a warning shot in a wall during a dispute with her husband.

Another go at Stand Your Ground.

The attorney for Marissa Alexander, who is awaiting retrial after firing what she calls a warning shot at her husband, says he may file a motion by Friday concerning Stand Your Ground.

Previous attempts at using that defense were rejected by a judge.
