Jacksonville, FL — Police in Jacksonville Beach say 16-year-old Asha Carter has been found safe and returned home.
She was reported missing yesterday around 3 a.m., and Jacksonville Beach Police had released still photos from the Walgreen’s on 3rd Street from around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
