Jacksonville, FL — Jacksonville Beach Police are working to locate two people who are believed to be tied to a theft from Ulta Beauty on 3rd Street.
Police say a woman and man entered the business together on July 6th and stole numerous items totaling $3,000.
The woman has a tattoo on her right lower leg or shin area. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Jacksonville Beach Police or Crime Stoppers.
