Jacksonville — Damage appears to be minimal after a fire Monday morning inside a Sonic restaurant in Cobblestone Village of St. Augustine, off of State Road 312.
St. Johns County Fire Rescue said they responded to the fire at 6:12 a.m., and found heavy black smoke billowing out of the interior of the restaurant.
The restaurant was damaged, but the fire was brought under control quickly. State Fire Marshal investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire. No injuries were reported.
