An investigation by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is underway after a woman was found dead Sunday.
The JSO responded to 1702 Swimming Salmon Place North in East Arlington in reference to a death. While an initial investigation did not indicate foul play, a follow up found that foul play is suspected in the death of Marilyn Alu.
Alu lived alone in the home. Police have not identified any suspects.
A full investigation is underway and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
