No bond for the Mayport sailor charged with murdering a two-year-old.
35-year-old Nicholas Rivet appeared in front of a judge today who handed down that ruling. He’s charged with the 2010 murder of a toddler who was living with the toddler’s mother, Rivet and Rivet’s daughter in off-base housing.
Rivet was arrested just yesterday, and police say it took that amount of time to sort through competing stories from the toddler’s mother and Rivet. The mother will not face charges.
