Jacksonville — A brave bystander apparently was able to get some good evidence for police to use to catch a deaf robbery suspect. JSO says Tim Fazio walked into the Circle K on New Berlin Road last week, pointed a shotgun at the clerk and grunted, seemingly demanding money.
He ran out of the store with about 50 bucks, according to a police report, and pointed his shotgun at someone in the parking lot who was watching him.
That witness followed him out of the parking lot and even got his tag number before losing him, according to the report.
St. Johns County deputies caught up with Fazio on Race Track Road on Saturday and turned him over to JSO.
