- The incident started as a police chase in Flagler County around 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
- The suspect was allegedly wanted for several hit-and-runs crashed, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
- The suspect would not stop for Flagler County Deputies and entered St. Johns County.
- St. Johns County deputies located the suspect.
- The traffic was too heavy were deputies originally located the suspect to pull him over
- Later, another deputy spotted the black truck and the suspect was allegedly driving erratically on the wrong side of the road several times to avoid police
- Finally the suspect continued to S.R. 207 and continued driving the wrong way.
- The suspect crashed into a deputy and then an abandoned school bus.
- Deputies say they saw the suspect pull out a hand gun, and that's when a deputy fired his weapon at the suspect.
- The suspect is dead.
- No deputies were hurt.
- Investigators has what is believed to be the suspect's hand gun in custody.
- Three deputies were involved.
