Police say a SWAT situation in Arlington is resolved.
Tuesday afternoon the SWAT team was called out to a domestic dispute at a home near North Morgana road and Griflet Road. Investigators identified the male suspect as Paul James Hudson. Investigators say Hudson was holed up in the home with a female victim. Police say after about an hour of negotiation he came to the front door and surrendered to police. Investigators say the female sustained minor injuries.
There was no one else inside the home at the time of the incident. Authorities say a nearby daycare was evacuated following the SWAT team's arrival in the neighborhood.
