Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has released a photo of a vehicle believed to be connected to a Duclay murder, with the hope the public has information about who’s responsible for the fatal shooting.
28-year-old Jonathan Rivera was found unresponsive in a vehicle on Westland Oaks Drive late Wednesday night, and was pronounced dead soon after. JSO says they believe the picture vehicle was either being driven by the shooter or was occupied by the suspect.
